(2) In the spring of 2015, assisted the industry factory to go to a chemical fertilizer factory in Yingkou to find out the reasons for the accelerated wear of the piston ring and the support ring. The investigation was caused by different axes of the piston cylinder, and after adjustment, it returned to normal.

(3) Two hydrogen and nitrogen circulation machines of a chemical fertilizer plant in Zhangjiakou area were changed to methanol circulation machine, and the sealing life was up to 5 days, and the gas leakage was serious. After redesigning and manufacturing the packing box and sealing components, the output on the day of installation increased significantly. After training the maintenance personnel, one of the assembled units was operated for more than one year, and one of the assisted installations was still in operation for 18 months.
